This sets out the various stages of your application and the timescale to which CPA College adheres. If you have any questions regarding any part of it please do not hesitate to contact our college administrator.
· CPA College receives completed application and audition fee
· Within 7 days of receiving the application CPA College will write to you to acknowledge receipt of the application. (if an applicant is under the age of 18 all correspondence will be sent to the parent/guardian)
· If CPA College invites you to audition you will be given at least 14 days notice in writing.
· You will be given a timetable of the audition day, information on what to wear, what to prepare before the audition day, how you will be assessed and who will sit on the panel.
· You must confirm by telephone to advise whether you will be attending the audition. Any calls received less than 24 hours before the date of the audition will mean that your audition will be cancelled and the audition fee will be forfeited.
· If you attend the audition (usually an all day audition) you will be assessed against set criteria and marked accordingly (Criteria will be issued to you with the audition invite)
· You will be informed in writing of the decision of CPA College within fourteen days of the audition date. Before written confirmation is sent CPA College cannot enter into any communication regarding the application, audition or interview
· CPA College may require candidates to re-audition in certain areas (i.e. a drama monologue) If this is required CPA College will give the candidate at least 7 days written notice. You must confirm your attendance as before.
· CPA College may require candidates who have applied for a scholarship to attend a separate audition/interview. If this is required CPA College will give the candidate at least 7 days written notice. You must confirm your attendance as before.
· If CPA College offer you a place it will be made in writing. If you accept the offer you must complete the Registration Form and return it with the Registration fee within 14 days of the offer letter. If you want to decline the offer of a place you must put it in writing to be received by CPA College within the same time frame.
· Requests for feedback on auditions must be made in writing within 14 days of the letter informing whether you have been offered a place. Feedback will only be given in writing.
· Once the Registration Form and Fee have been received by CPA College the process of enrolment will begin and you will be given information regarding healthcare, accommodation (if applicable) attire requirements etc.
· Once CPA College has received a signed Terms of Offer document you/your parent/guardian will be liable to pay the first terms fees regardless of whether you attend the college.
